PPE screen ink (screen ink for untreated and treated polyolefin)
PPE ink is a single-liquid evaporation drying type screen printing ink. It has excellent adhesion to untreated and treated polyolefin materials (PP, etc.), and has oil and alcohol resistance. It is also a screen printing ink with excellent surface hardness.

Dilution/cleaning
*The added defoamer, etc. may separate after a certain period of time, so please stir the ink well before use.
*The thinner of PPE ink can be selected from the following solvents according to the purpose of use:
F-001 solvent (quick-drying type)
F-002 solvent (standard type)
F-003 solvent (slow drying type)
F-004 solvent (super slow drying type)
*The amount of dilution should be adjusted around 10-20%.
*Because it will adversely affect the adhesion, mutual adhesion and other properties, please do not use other solvents.
*For screen cleaning, please use our company's screen cleaning agent (N) or F-002 solvent.
*This product is suitable for 225~300 mesh screen printing.
*The ink usage of the 270 mesh screen is about 50m2/kg.
Drying/curing
*When using F-002 solvent for 15% dilution, for untreated PP material, the drying time to the touch at room temperature is 7-8 minutes.
*For processed polyolefin materials, the adhesiveness can be obtained by natural drying for 1 to 2 hours. Untreated polyolefin materials are different from processed polyolefin materials. They must be heated at 60°C for more than 20 minutes, or naturally dried for more than 24 hours to obtain the adhesiveness of the adhesive tape. In addition, when performing superimposition, since the drying is very slow, it must be heated and dried.
*Drying will change due to the difference in the quality of the printing material and the difference in room temperature, the number of printed materials, and the printing area. At the same time, the difference in pigments will also affect the adhesion. Please confirm the drying time before use.
*If slow-drying solvent is used, heat and dry as much as possible.
Slow-drying colorless
*Adding slow-drying mixed oil can improve the permeability of the ink, prevent ink bleeding, and improve printing adaptability. It is effective for printing thin lines. The addition amount is 10%-20%.
