IPX-HF ink series

The IPX-HF ink series is an environmentally friendly two-component ink for calendering. Its raw materials do not use halogen-containing (chlorine Cl, bromine Br) compounds, and do not contain environmentally friendly load substances such as benzene, toluene, xylene, and isophorone.

It has excellent properties in terms of heat resistance during subsequent processing such as film calendering and molding resin adhesion, and it can bond well with easy-adhesion treatment films and PC (polycarbonate) films.

＊It is possible to produce pattern prints for film calendering on PET film and PC (polycarbonate) film with easy adhesion treatment.

＊Combined with IMB adhesive, it can be calendered with PMMA (acrylic), AS, ABS, PC/ABS, PC (polycarbonate) resin

Notice

＊Since halogen-containing compounds may be mixed, solvents and curing agents other than the designated solvents and designated curing agents cannot be used.

＊Squeegee coatings, emulsions, equipment, printed materials, etc. may also contain halogen compounds, so please check before using

Dilution/curing agent mixing/washing

＊Before use, thoroughly stir the ink in the tank before use.

＊The standard condition of dilution is to use F-003 solvent at a ratio of 10-15%, but the following solvents can also be used according to the following conditions.

  F-002 (quick drying) F-003 solvent (standard) Z-705 (slow drying).

＊Excessive dilution will reduce printing performance and adhesion, so please avoid it

＊Please refer to the table below for the amount of hardener added:

Improve the standard of adhesion to the substrate (IPX standard) soft and super soft

＊The working time after mixing the curing agent is about 4 to 5 hours at room temperature (25°C).

＊If the useable time is exceeded, the performance of the ink will decrease, so please do not use it.

＊Cleaning: Please use screen detergent (N) to clean the printing plate.

*Auxiliary agent SM-40 anti-cannoning agent: In order to improve the defoaming and leveling properties, it can be used in the proportion of 1 to 3%.

 ＊Suitable for printing with T-200～270 mesh screen.

＊When using T-250 mesh screen, the ink usage is about 35m2/kg.

 Dry and harden

 ＊It must be heated and dried. Use a box-type drying oven and set the conditions to be heated at 80°C for 10 minutes, which can achieve finger drying. After printing with IMB adhesive, heat it at 90°C for 60 minutes, which is the standard condition for final drying.

＊Due to the difference in printing area, screen mesh, printing environment (temperature, humidity, etc.), and dryer performance, the drying performance will vary, so it must be tested and confirmed before use.
